Did you know? Some of the most important conservation data comes from people outside with their phones. 🐦 You can do it too! Spend a few minutes outside, especially for Global Big Day and World Migration Day on May 9 to help protect the birds around you!

This weekend is the perfect time to slow down, get outside, and notice the birds around you! Whether you’re in your backyard, at the park, in the city, on a golf course, or during your morning walk.

Bird populations are declining worldwide, and one of the easiest ways to help scientists track changes is simply by counting the birds you see. No experience required. No need to know every bird call or species.

Apps like Merlin Bird ID and eBird make it incredibly easy to identify birds, log sightings, and contribute valuable data that helps conservation efforts.

Think of it as birdwatching meets treasure hunting

🌿✨

You might be surprised how many species are right outside your door.

So grab your tea or protein shake, take a walk, listen closely, and see what you can find. Every observation helps Alba and her friends. šŸ’›
