By using this website, all users agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Use of Content

All content on this site, including text, images, and media, is protected by copyright and may not be copied, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior permission. Sharing is permitted with proper credit and a link to the original source.

2. Scope of Services

The services provided by "Designer/Author" include but are not limited to:

• Design, Writing, Illustration, Branding, Marketing, and/or Advertising

The exact scope of the project will be outlined in a separate project brief and agreed upon by both parties prior to the start of the project.

3. Approval Process & Edits

• Initial Drafts: The Designer/Author will deliver the first draft of the work (design or content) based on the specifications outlined in the project brief.

• Edits: Clients are entitled to two rounds of revisions included in the project price. Any additional rounds of revisions will be billed at an hourly rate of $100 USD.

• Final Approval: The client will be required to approve the final version of the work. Once approved, the project will be considered complete.

3. Payment Terms

• Pricing: The price for each project is determined and agreed upon before work begins. The Designer/Author will provide a fixed price for each project.

• Payment Due Date: Full payment must be completed within 24 hours of project completion, or the client will be subject to a late fee per day, and the Designer/Author reserves the right to withhold the delivery of final files or designs until full payment is made.

4. Ownership and Rights

• Design/Content Ownership: Upon full payment, the client will have non-exclusive rights to use the final design or content for its intended purpose. The Designer/Author retains all intellectual property rights to the design or content until full payment is received.

• Source Files: The Designer/Author retains ownership of all source files, including but not limited to raw files, Photoshop, Illustrator, or any editable files. Source files will only be released to the client upon request and at an additional cost, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Usage Rights: The client is granted a license to use the final work in the manner agreed upon in the project brief. Any additional usage outside of this scope may require further negotiation and licensing fees.

• The Designer/Author's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures to perform under this agreement due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other force majeure events. 

9. No Professional Advice

Content is provided for general information purposes only. It should not be considered professional advice (e.g., legal, medical, financial, etc.). Use of any information from this site is at the user's own discretion and risk.

10. External Links

The website may contain links to third-party sites. Responsibility for content or privacy practices on external websites lies solely with those third parties.

11. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Submit spam, offensive content, or misleading information

By contracting services, purchasing items (digital or physical) or submitting a deposit/payment for any project/service/product, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined above.
