Cranberries are one of winter’s superfoods, packed with antioxidants called polyphenols that help support immune, gut, and urinary tract health. They also help improve cardiovascular risk factors by positively influencing: cholesterol levels (raising HDL, lowering LDL), support healthier blood vessels, fight oxidative stress, and lower blood pressure. In holiday baking, they burst like little rubies, adding tart brightness to everything from jam and sauces, to cakes, pastries and breads.
